6. 30-Day Returns & Refund Terms

• Items eligible for return must be returned in original undamaged packaging, complete with all power cords, measuring cups, instruction manuals and accessories, in like-new, unused condition. Opened essential oil bottles are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
• For change-of-mind returns: The customer bears all return shipping costs; original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. A small restocking fee may apply for incomplete returned sets.
